PRG leases 9,166 SF to Coldwell Banker Preferred

PHILADELPHIA, PA. — Precision Realty Group, LLC.(PRG), a full service real estate brokerage firm is pleased to announce that it has completed a lease transaction with The Coldwell Banker Preferred, totaling 9,166 square feet on the eighth floor at 1401 Walnut Street. The property is located at the intersection of Broad and Walnut, Philadelphia, PA. The agents who represented the Landlord were Stephen J. Jeffries and Shaun M. Lyons. The agent representing the tenant was Brent Waterman of Marcus and Millichap.
