PRG is named exclusive commercial leasing agent for PMC Property Group.

PHILADELPHIA, PA. — Precision Realty Group, LLC.(PRG), a full service real estate brokerage firm is pleased to announce that it has represented Community Health Systems (CHS) in the leasing of 801 Male Rd., Wind Gap Pa.. The 5,500 SF property was previously occupied be Blockbuster and situates on an out parcel of a grocery anchored shopping center. CHS intends to operate the regions premier urgent care facility and will be referring primary care and emergency cases to Easton Hospital. The agents who represented CHS in the ten year lease were Shaun M. Lyons and Stephen J. Jeffries.
