PRG represents The Benson Companies in the purchase of Ravenscliff, a 150 unit residential community in Marple Pa.

PHILADELPHIA, PA. — Precision Realty Group, LLC.(PRG), a full service real estate brokerage firm is pleased to announce that it has represented The Benson Companies in the purchase of Ravenscliff in Marple Pa., located directly off of the Rt. 1 exit of Rt. 476 S on State Rd.

The property was previously owned by Pulte Homes who bought and achieved full and final approvals for the development. Benson intends to develop the property into a class “A” carriage home community to go along with 160 condominium units. The agents who represented The Benson Companies were Stephen J. Jeffries and Shaun M. Lyons.
