Alicia M. Magill:

Vice President

Ms. Magill joined Precision Realty Group, LLC in June of 2007. She specializes in the leasing and sales of commercial properties in the Philadelphia market. Alicia brings a high level of detail and professionalism to each deal she is involved with regardless of the size of the transaction.

Alicia is knowledgeable and experienced in both Landlord and Tenant representation which has provided her with the expertise and skills to negotiate "win-win" transactions. As a listing agent she has leased numerous stores throughout Philadelphia. As a tenant representative she has handled such accounts as Cups N’ Chairs, Hana & Posey, Philadelphia Bar Restaurant, University of the Arts, Santucci’s Pizza; just to name a few.

Since the beginning of her career with Precision Realty Group (PRG), Alicia has proven her loyalty and accountability and has earned the title of Vice President.

Alicia believes in getting to know everyone in her community. She is a member of several networking affiliates, such as the BCA (Business Clubs of America) and Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce as well as an active member of the ICSC.

Alicia attended Georgia State University for Sociology and Anthropology. Through her studies she gained excellent knowledge of public relations and community interaction.

Her goals are to build superior relationships with current and future clients, through honesty, extensive market knowledge and savvy people skills.
