Gregg F. Meister:

Mr. Meister joined Precision Realty Group (PRG) as an Acquisitions Consultant and is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and major in Real Estate.

Gregg brings over 10 years of experience in Land Acquisition and Development. Prior to joining PRG, he served as a Land Acquisition Manager for two top National Homebuilders: Toll Brothers, Inc. and NVR, Inc. (Ryan Homes/NVHomes). Serving as Land Manager, he was responsible for prospecting new land acquisition and development opportunities throughout the Delaware Valley and established strong ties to local, regional, and national homebuilders and developers. He successfully negotiated transactions totaling in excess of $200 million dollars worth of real estate in various stages of the approval process while representing builders and developers.

Mr. Meister is also a Partner of Green Valley Holdings, a residential development company, and is responsible for profit and loss of the company. Gregg looks forward in generating new business and creating viable investment opportunities for PRG’s clients through solid due diligence and prospecting of properties.
