Shaun M. Lyons:

Mr. Lyons is the President and CEO of Precision Realty Group, LLC. Mr. Lyons is responsible for the origination, strategic marketing, structure, and financial analysis of real estate acquisitions on behalf of publicly traded institutions, hedge funds, and private developer’s.

Mr. Lyons has 8 years of commercial real estate experience and has participated in investment sales totaling over $500 Million. Shaun has also managed the marketing and leasing efforts over 5 Million square feet of office, industrial, retail, single asset and portfolio projects throughout the United States.

In 2007, Mr. Lyons was honored by the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce as a recipient of the highly coveted “40 under 40”, for his success in opening the fastest growing real estate company in Pennsylvania. During his efforts he represented a national urban development fund that acquired 14 core urban mixed use properties located in Philadelphia Pa., Boston Ma. and Chicago IL.

Most recently, Mr. Lyons was named a 2008 Costar Power Broker, a truly prestigious honor whose recipients lead their prospective markets in total transactions completed in a calendar year.

Prior to forming Precision Realty Group, Mr. Lyons was vice president of acquisitions for Wolfington Companies. In this capacity, he was involved in the origination, structure, and placement of Trust fund investment sales, equity placement and securitized real estate investment.

Previously, Mr. Lyons was the vice president of Binswanger, an international real estate brokerage firm, located in Philadelphia. He was involved in the placement in excess of $30 Million of new business for the company.

He has lectured for the Villanova University’s real estate department as well as a frequent guest speaker for University classes. Mr. Lyons has recently been an active supporter in keeping Philadelphia’s public libraries and pools open. He is an active supporter of both local and state police and fire departments.

Steve Jeffries:

Mr. Jeffries is Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of Precision Realty Group, LLC. His duties include assisting the firm’s top clients in acquiring and disposing of real estate as well as landlord representation in downtown Philadelphia.

In addition, Mr. Jeffries also represents the region’s top urgent care medical providers in their real estate expansion plans. From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Jeffries represented Premier Immediate Medical Care, Inc. in the leasing of 8 locations in the Delaware Valley. Most recently in 2011 Mr. Jeffries represents Community Health Systems (CHS) in the leasing of locations in the Lehigh Valley region.

Mr. Jeffries also oversees PRG’s land division. In the Philadelphia region, Mr. Jeffries has conducted sales on behalf of national home builders as well as local developers who have used PRG to sell and acquire property. Most recently in January of 2011, Mr. Jeffries represented The Benson Companies in their purchase of Ravenscliff, a property located on State Rd. in Media Pa, an approved subdivision of 80 carriage homes along with 160 residential condos that is currently under construction.

Prior to forming Precision Realty Group, LLC, Mr. Jeffries was Vice President of Sales for The Wolfington Companies, a development firm headquartered in Conshohocken Pa. His responsibilities included leading Wolfington’s marketing efforts, broker relationship management and leasing and property sales. While at Wolfington, Mr. Jeffries leased over 450,000 SF of retail/office space and sold over $35,000,000 in office/retail/land on behalf of the company.

In 2006, Mr. Jeffries was selected to the exclusive “Top 25 under 40” by the Pottstown Mercury and the Tri-County Area Chamber of Commerce, which honors top young producers in the Philadelphia suburbs.

Prior to joining The Wolfington Companies, Mr. Jeffries was an advertising and team sponsorship account executive with Comcast Spectator, owners of the Philadelphia Flyers and 76ers, where he was responsible for television and sponsorship sales to large corporate accounts on Comcast SportsNet and The Wachovia Center. In the 2002-2003 seasons, Mr. Jeffries led a twelve person sales force in generating new business.

Mr. Jeffries is also a lead investor and founding partner in Poletector 360 (www.poletector.com) , which is an innovative and aesthetically pleasing maintenance free light pole base cover seen in retail parking lots across the country.

Mr. Jeffries is a local Philadelphian, raised in Malvern Pa. He is also a graduate of Elon University in North Carolina, where he received his B.A in Corporate Communications.
